WWII Japanese Medal Issue Box

This is a WWII Japanese medal box. In very good condition. Wooden construction with a Black lacquer finish. Gold lettering is applied to the front. Part of the locking mechanism is missing. The inside is molded in the shape of the medal and is of felt construction.
